No Smoking

Exhibitors (and everybody), all forms of smoking are prohibited inside the expo hall at all times, including our private evening game time. Please respect the brick. No smoking, no e-cigging, no vaping in the show. Thank you.

Games Overlap

Exhibitors, I goofed the code again. I'm sorry for the hassle. Many of you are accepted into games that overlap. Please visit your games page and drop out of the game you aren't attending. If you don't drop out, the game hosts will accept walk-ups to fill empty seats. But you dropping out lets the system seat others and give them advance notice.

Your games page has been updated. To make this easier the page now lists games chronologically, and shows game dates and times.

Check-In Desk Hours

Exhibitors, please note the check-in desk hours. Saturday check-in is not possible. We're busy entertaining the public. Please join the rest of us for private convention fun Thurs/Friday.

Food Court Hours

Exhibitors, the venue food court will be open for exhibitors for lunch FRIDAY 11:00am - 4:00pm. They'll also be open an extra hour after public on Saturday, until 6:00pm.

Note: The venue's round tables are for eating. Our 6' tables are for our games, not eating. Our tables will be removed before public day.
