Check-In Hours

Exhibitors please note the check-in hours on the schedule. If you arrive outside those hours you're still welcome to join us! But you may need to wait for someone to find your badge and goodie bag.

Deadlines

Exhibitors, this week is the deadline to:

• Register MOCs to have MOC cards ready for you in your goodie bag,
• Sign-up for games before seats are drawn, and
• Complete registration to have your name appear in the program guide.

Unregistered last-minute MOCs are always welcome! A printer station will be on-site for you to reprint your own MOC cards if needed. Every exhibitor goodie bag includes one free (paper) public ticket; gift it however you like. There will be an Early Bird Meet & Greet for exhibitors and movers... somewhere... 7:00pm Wednesday before the convention. Location not yet determined. Connect with someone on the mover crew or helping setup Wednesday the 21st for the location.

Exton Map!

The map is online! Exhibitors, please verify you/your group has enough space; only a few empty display tables remain available.

The doors next to Bingo will likely be used as early-morning-rush for prepaid ticket holders - until 10:15am. Otherwise the only public entrance is the main entrance at bottom of map.

Meet the LEGO Master

Meet original LEGO Master Mel Brown! Visit BrickFair Exton, PA Saturday and Sunday September 24-25, 2022. Mel will speak each day about his more recent LEGO accomplishments with behind-the-scenes stories and commentary from his experience in the creative world of LEGO.

See some of Mel's personal creations on display in the show!

Games Added

Exhibitors, a couple games have been added to the schedule. A few have been renamed for the kit they use. The two Checkers tournaments have been merged.

World Of Lights

We don't track "lighting" in MOC registration so it's hard to predict what to expect. But our venue in Exton should be super ideal for an excellent World Of Lights. The kind we wish we had at other shows.

If you were thinking of electrifying your MOC this is a good show for it!

Sign-Up for Games

Exhibitors, we'll be drawing names for sign-up games in 10 days. Be sure to sign-up for games you're interested in. On 9/17 you'll see your selected games on your account page.

If playing in a draft game where you bring your own set, go ahead and buy that set!

Volunteers Needed

Hey exhibitors, we still need theme leaders and a couple game hosts in Exton PA. See www.BrickFair.com/volunteer/ for openings.

Be sure to check out the helper page for easy 1-hour tasks - earn $10 in LEGO!

Theme Leaders are on-site most the day Thursday and Friday to guide other attendees where to set up their MOCs and coordinate with Todd and other theme leaders when filling table space.

Game hosts earn $35 in LEGO.

Be a bigger part of the fun! Help entertain your fellow AFOLs :)

Hotel Full

Our room block in the hotel at Exton has filled up, and they've expanded it for us repeatedly, but has filled up again. A few people have gotten lucky by calling the hotel every couple days. We have more travelers than anticipated. I'm sorry, if you haven't booked a room yet try google.
